Introducing a new service status experience

We're really excited to finally share with the world our latest theme that will take Sorry to the next level. We are continuously evolving the product and today you can switch on the new theme.

Per-incident pages

Each incident notice now has its own dedicated page that makes it even easier to follow the latest updates as they happen. Each page has updates in a timeline from newest to oldest.

Users can also easily see which components have been impacted by this incident.

Maintenance notices also have their own page too!

Full incident history

Promote transparency and build trust with your audience with a full backlog of incidents and maintenance. Our new history page allows your users to browse month by month to view past incidents and also maintenance notices.

New subscriber experience

We've completely overhauled how your audience can subscribe. Using a new single workflow, subscribers can manage how they are notified in one single place, without having to log in.

All subscribers will sign up with an email address by default and then can subscribe by SMS, Slack and Microsoft Teams.

Dark or Light Mode

Like every well-built app, we've added dark and light modes so your users can choose or it'll switch based on the system preferences.
