January Theme Updates

It's a new year, which means it's time to make some changes and improvements to our status pages. In our January release we have focused on improving and aligning the user experience (UX) on the status page theme, with feedback from customers.

Hero operational icon updates

Previously the icon that represented the operational state of an entire page used a different icon to the components. We have now standardised this to match.

Maintenance tile is now blue in history

We have now made it clearer when a maintenance notice is displayed in the history of a status page. Incidents will appear with a green border and maintenances with a blue border.

Microsoft Teams

We have now added instructions into the notification modal to help subscribers configure Teams with Sorry™.

Other updates

• Fixed the maintenance icon when a component is under maintenance. It was slightly larger than other icons.
• Renamed 'Previous Incidents' to 'Previous Notices'
• Fixed an issue where blank lines were appearing in the history view
• Updated the navigation and removed the border under 'Service Status'
